Bay leaves add a wonderful flavor to soups, stews and roasts.

Bay leaves are used as a natural pesticide inside the home.  Crush leaves into big pieces and sprinkle where cockroaches, fleas, ants may gather. You will have to replace every few weeks because the natural oils on the crushed  leaves will diminish .
