How to Use

Infused Oil: Pack dried comfrey leaf into a jar, cover with a carrier oil (olive, coconut, or jojoba), and infuse for 4–6 weeks in a cool, dark place. Strain and use as a base for salves and balms. Salves: Combine comfrey-infused oil with beeswax to create a traditional topical salve. Poultice: Moisten dried leaf and apply externally as a traditional poultice preparation.
