Saved lives.

This saved 2 old folks that I know from dangerously low blood pressure. The man's kidneys were even shutting down. Within 20 minutes he was parking up and lived another year. She is still alive at 95!!!

Sleep and PCOS

1/2 a tsp of ashwagandha and it’s lights out in an hour or less! Ladies with PCOS give this a try. It’s been a game changer for me. Even my horse enjoys this one! If anyone is interested, I started with 1 tablespoon and it made him drool a little bit. So 2 teaspoons is plenty for my 15.3hh qh. At an event, I would only use 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons unless you want a total deadhead

Thank you for your comments. Very interesting tip about using Ashwagandha with horses.

A key herb!

Not only is it an adaptogen, but Ashwaganda tincture is also good for heart health, especially when combined with other heart healthy herbs. The powdered form helps extract more of the helpful constituents than just tincturing pieces of root or trying to powder the root yourself.
