Cinnamon Sticks Potpourri

Fall  potpourri sale this week.  We have many  fall crafting herbs to stock up on before the holiday rush. Many items can be used in school projects, Sunday school projects, scout projects and projects for your holiday bazaars.

Make simple but cozy bundles of cinnamon sticks to use as a Fall decorative piece on the evening table.  Tie about 8 cinnamon sticks together with raffia. Hot glue a star anise on each bundle.( Note a cinnamon stick bundle  in the center of the picture.) These smell wonderful!

Rosehips and apple slices add a warm cozy feeling to the Fall atmosphere. Add cinnamon sticks and scented cedar roses for even more presentation that says "Welcome".

It 's easy to make scented cedar roses.  Apply a few drops of Fir Essential oil ( great pine needle scent) or Applejack fragrance oil to each rose. Enclose in a plastic bag overnight and then set these in your potpourri.. Tangerine essential oil is another great scent mixed with cinnamon and anise.
