As part of the healing an illness, promoting vibrant health and preventing
premature aging, it is important to gradually move towards a daily life
that is less stressful.
One way to achieve a less stressful life is to become very quiet at least
some time in your day. The practice of meditation is very beneficial to
reducing the effects of stress in the body. Remove annoying people from you life or just recognize they are annoying and won't change. You move from their circle of influence.
There is something to say about the British and "Tea Time". This is such a relaxing practice in the middle of chaos. Try teas like Rooibos that have a relaxing effect on the body and mind. It's pleasant, you deserve it and might keep you out of jail! When things are tense I try to be a witness and not a participant.
